Jill Hoyt
Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Hoyt joined Novavax in 2008 at which time she assumed full responsibility for the company’s human resources duties and activities. During her tenure with Novavax, her significant expertise and experiences played a pivotal role in the significant and ongoing development and expansion of the company’s employee base in both the U.S. and, more recently, in Sweden. Ms. Hoyt has implemented leadership strategies for the development of comprehensive human resources programs to support the organization’s strategic plans. She is also responsible for the company’s cultural development, for which Novavax has been recognized several times, including recent placement on the Washington Post’s Top Workplaces. Prior to joining Novavax, Ms. Hoyt held positions of increasing responsibility at several organizations, including, ChoicePoint, 3e Technologies International, Inc., and TRW. Ms. Hoyt earned her master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University, and her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Shepherd University.
